This role plays a key part in delivering consistent brand messaging while coordinating high-impact events and supporting product promotion efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys balancing creative work with project coordination.Key Responsibilities:Lead planning and execution of approximately 10–15 domestic trade shows annuallyCoordinate booth design, branding, and logistics with external vendorsManage shipping, service coordination, and required event documentationPartner with sales leadership to align demonstrations and messagingTrack budgets and support post-event reporting and analysisWrite and edit marketing content for print, digital, and email campaignsSupport website updates and promotional initiativesCoordinate video capture and assist with editing short-form marketing videosRepurpose trade show and event content into ongoing digital assetsAssist with internal marketing presentations and documentationQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required3–6 years of marketing experience; B2B or manufacturing experience preferredHands-on experience coordinating trade shows or large-scale eventsStrong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience using CRM systems; HubSpot preferredExposure to multimedia content creation, including video and digital assetsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving and follow-through abilitiesAdditional Details:Travel across the U.S. and Canada required for trade shows and eventsInterview process is moving quickly with hiring targeted as soon as possiblePerks:Collaborative and supportive team environmentStrong benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementEducation reimbursement programsCompany-sponsored events and employee recognition initiatives Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
