Alternative Investment Operations SpecialistSupport the full lifecycle of alternative investments by partnering with operations, investment teams, and client service professionals to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and clients. Responsible for coordinating capital calls and distributions, managing client intent and approval processes, processing subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, maintaining accurate investment records, reconciling positions and cash activity, and ensuring compliance with operational controls and industry best practices. Collaborate with custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams to resolve exceptions, manage time-sensitive fund activity, and maintain audit-ready documentation while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of alternative investment data across systems.
