Our clients expect nothing less than incredible, which means borderline deep cleans every time. Thanks to our commitment to quality and our efficient marketing strategies, we’re acquiring new clients at a rate of 2 per day, allowing for potential growth in hours for our dedicated team members. Role Requirements: Experience & Professionalism: 5+ years of cleaning experience with an impressive track record. We are looking for individuals who are not just skilled but also embody professionalism in every task they undertake. Independence: Contractors are completely responsible for their own gas, transportation, and cleaning supplies. This role is perfect for self-starters who are organized and can manage their resources efficiently. Quality & Reliability: The ability to perform thorough cleans, paying close attention to detail in every house. Reliability is key; we are looking for individuals who are punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining our high standards. Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check. We value the safety and trust of our clients above all. Review Policy: Our reputation is our most valuable asset. As such, we maintain a strict policy where contractors are let go after receiving 2 bad reviews in a 90 day period. Emergency Call-Offs: We understand life happens. Three emergency call-offs per year are permitted. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Earn $20-$25 per hour, with the opportunity for more hours as we continue to grow. Flexibility: With 10-20 hours available per week, our contractors have the perfect balance to excel at work and manage personal commitments. Support: Although you will be responsible for your supplies and transportation, you're not alone. We provide strong backend support to ensure you have the clients you need to fill your schedule. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning. Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and provide 3 professional references. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to get from job to job. Strong communication and customer service skills.
