Order Processing Associate

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate order processing for the Activar Construction Products Group. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Receive customer purchase order; determine customer number, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, lead time, responsibility center and cost center associated with the order. - For orders with new part numbers, request part numbers from the ACPG Engineering group or use of internal Drive. Works. - Enter the order in the Sales Order module within BC. - For Drop Ship orders, check the appropriate box to ensure the timely Purchasing of the product by the ACPG Buyer. - Accurately file the Sales Order in the appropriate Sales Order file for ACPG. - Process change orders as required. - Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines. - Other duties as assigned.
