Fantastic opportunity for BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join an established private practice group west of Atlanta, Georgia. Highlights: Full-time position Join a 24 Physician Private Practice Emergency Medicine Group with 30+ years of service to the community All current physicians are Board Eligible/Certified EM Will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 of the shifts are day shifts/2 night shifts) Group has 4 Nocturnists Work out of two locations Current Volume: one location = 65,000/year; 2nd location = 45,000/year Both ED s are level II Trauma facilities 100% Democratic group Full partnership after year 2 Group also employs NP s/PA s Must be Emergency Med trained Compensation/Benefits: $325k salary in year 1, $350k year 2, partnership beginning year 3 - average $450k $50k Sign-on bonus $50k Starting incentive Full benefits including malpractice $14k relocation allowance The Community: This vibrant West Georgia area blends suburban convenience with a touch of small-town charm, offering a comfortable lifestyle surrounded by rolling hills, green spaces, and growing local amenities.
