About the CompanyGrowing manufacturing company looking to add a 2nd Shift Electrician to their team. About the RoleDiagnose electrical issues using testing devices and implement timely, effective repairs to minimize downtime.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and compliance.Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.Adhere to all workplace safety protocols.Perform routine inspections.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Qualifications1 - 2 years of experience managing electrical components of machines.1-2 years of manufacturing industry experience Required SkillsAbility to diagnose electrical issues.Proficiency in using testing devices. Preferred SkillsExperience with blueprints and schematics.Knowledge of workplace safety protocols. Pay range and compensation packageBase Pay Rate: $28.09 to $31.46 per hour depending on experience.Shift premium: $0.75 per hour.Overtime Pay Rate: 1.5 times of base pay rate.
