Position: Order SelectorLocation: Santa Cruz, CAPay Rate: $18.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays | Start between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM | 8-hour shiftsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Order Selector in Santa Cruz. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires accuracy, stamina, and attention to detail. You will walk throughout the day while pushing a cart and using an RF scanner to locate, pick, and deliver products to the packaging team.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and fill customer orders using an RF scannerDeliver completed picks to packing areasReceive inbound ordersPerform replenishment tasksComplete shipping audits and assist with trailer loadingConduct inventory cycle countsProcess returns and RTSRotate inventory following FIFO guidelinesVerify product quantities, lot numbers, and expiration datesMinimum Qualifications Entry-level opportunity - no experience required Must arrive on time and be willing to work overtime as neededAbility to read and understand instructions and orders in EnglishPower equipment experience preferred (forklift, pallet jack, order picker)Able to lift up to 50 lbsAble to stand, bend, reach, and walk for up to 10 hoursFrequent use of stairs and laddersnowhiring
