Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: 525 N Santiam Hwy, Lebanon, OR 97355 Facility: Samaritan Lebanon Pay rate: $2560/Week ($39/hr. on W2 taxable + $1000/Week nontaxable for housing and meals stipend stipend) on W2 Duration : 13 Weeks, 40 hours guaranteed Schedule: Days (0700-1730) no weekends Certifications & License required: . Oregon Physical Therapy license required. . BLS .
