Onboarding Quality Control Specialist
A company is looking for an Onboarding QC Specialist to ensure the accuracy and quality of the Onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform regular QC assessments for the Onboarding team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Contribute to QC reporting and maintain QC procedures and process documentation
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance performance across the Onboarding team
Required Qualifications
Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in a high-risk environment
Experience working autonomously on both queue- and project-based work
Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and detailed documentation
Desire to improve processes within the Onboarding team and the greater Risk organization
Curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
