X-Ray Associates of New Mexico, a medium‑sized private group practice, is seeking a partnership‑track board certified or eligible, fellowship‑trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to add to our group at any of our locations in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Farmington, or Alamogordo. Position will include breast imaging and image‑guided procedures including mammography (tomosynthesis with 3DQuorum), ultrasound, and MRI. The right person will have the drive to build a practice and enjoy collaboration with partners. Responsibilities Provide breast imaging services and image‑guided procedures: mammography, ultrasound, and MRI. Collaborate with partners to build and grow the breast imaging practice. Adhere to schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Qualifications Board certified or eligible in breast imaging radiology. Fellowship trained in breast imaging. Open to J1 waiver candidates (for certain locations), current residents, and fellows. Benefits and Compensation For partnership: two years to partner, no cash buy‑in. Partners earn approximately $650,000. 12 weeks vacation. 100% physician partner owned.
