We're hiring for a full-time position in The Bronx at a progressive sub-acute rehab facility that provides both short-term rehab and long-term care. This position is open to both clinical fellow (CFY) and CCC Speech Language Therapists! Our clinical fellow program is very comprehensive with steps to lead you to independence with thorough & collaborative mentorship for a supervising speech language therapist! Who We're Looking For: This part-time, position is perfect for experienced CCC-SLPs or Clinical Fellows who are eager to grow, learn, and excel in their careers. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA CFs with strong clinical skills and a commitment to growth are encouraged to apply Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for assessment and treatment of swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders Knowledge of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and its implications for therapy Experience or interest in working in skilled nursing facilities, including short-term rehab and long-term care Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including PTs, OTs, nurses, physicians, and dieticians Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient, family, and staff education Personal Attributes: Commitment to ongoing professional development Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care Team-oriented with a willingness to mentor and be mentored Ready to Join Us?
