Stylist and Photoshoot Coordinator

We are looking for a Stylist & Photoshoot Coordinator to bring our brand to life through thoughtful styling and seamless shoot execution. This role blends creative direction with strong organization, ensuring every photoshoot runs smoothly while reflecting the Böhme aesthetic.You will play a key role in styling, coordinating, and executing photoshoots from start to finish, working closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams.What You’ll Do:Styling & Creative ExecutionStyle outfits for photoshoots, including clothing, shoes, and accessoriesPrep and organize looks ahead of shoots with attention to brand consistencyActively participate on set, assisting with styling adjustments and directing modelsEnsure all looks are polished, on-trend, and aligned with Böhme’s visual identityPhotoshoot CoordinationBook and coordinate all shoot elements including photographers, models, venues, and hair/makeup artistsNegotiate rates with photographers, talent, and vendors to align with budget goalsCoordinate internal calendars and align schedules with external partners and agenciesCreate and distribute detailed call sheets ahead of each shootOversee shoot timelines to ensure efficiency and productivity on setPlanning & OrganizationOrganize and track all samples for upcoming shootsPrep reshoot lists based on missing content, performance, or inventory needsMaintain a strong understanding of inventory, best-sellers, and sell-through to prioritize styling and shoot needsOperations & LogisticsTrack expenses and submit invoices and receipts in a timely mannerCoordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and rental cars for shoots as neededAssist in managing shoot budgets and staying within allocated spendWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in styling, photoshoot coordination, or a similar roleStrong understanding of current fashion trends and how to translate them into brand-relevant stylingA great eye for detail, composition, and outfit buildingAbility to work both creatively and operationally in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with strong time management skillsComfortable directing talent and making real-time styling decisions on setBasic knowledge of ShopifyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsBonus PointsExperience working in e-commerce or fashion retailFamiliarity with photoshoot production workflowsUnderstanding of performance-driven content (what sells, what converts)Experience pulling reports or reviewing sell-through to inform creative decisionsInterview ProcessOur final step includes a short creative exercise designed to better understand your styling approach, creative thinking, and how you translate brand vision into execution.Additional DetailsTravel out of state for photoshoots may be required based on company needs.
