Digital Communication Specialist

THIS JOB IS ON-SITE, NOT ELIGIBLE FOR HYBRID OR REMOTE, BASED IN CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINAWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Communications Specialist to support day-to-day digital marketing operations across Huk and Nomad. This role will assist with email and SMS execution, paid media coordination, digital reporting, campaign organization, and event support while working cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Brand Marketing, and eCommerce teams.The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-focused, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment supporting premium outdoor brands.What You Will Do:Email & SMS MarketingUtilize go to market calendars to build and scheduling email campaignsUpdate and manage automated flowsSupport execution of SMS campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and reportingTranslate campaign direction into channel-specific briefs and campaign setup needsSupport QA and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaignsAssist with loyalty program operations, promotional setup, and customer communication executionMaintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deployment schedulesPaid Media and Digital OperationsCoordinate creative asset trafficking and campaign updates with media agency partnersAssist with paid media reporting and campaign recapsMonitor paid social engagement and escalate customer service concerns when neededSupport TikTok Shop operational coordination and product setupAssist with campaign organization, reporting workflows, and asset managementSupport execution of digital marketing calendars across owned channelsEvents & Brand SupportAssist with coordination and logistics for sponsored events, trade shows, tournaments, and brand activationsSupport product ordering, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination for eventsHelp manage event timelines, schedules, and organizational documentsProvide on-site event support as needed, including setup, coordination, and execution assistanceCoordinate event recap materials and post-event reporting supportCross Functional CollaborationWork together with Creative, Content, Brand Marketing and eCommerce teams to support campaign executionEnsure marketing assets and messaging are delivered accurately and on timeSupport broader DTC marketing initiatives across owned and paid channelsRequirements1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, marketing coordination, or related fieldsFamiliarity with email marketing platforms, Shopify, and/or SMS platforms preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent communication and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPassion for outdoor, fishing, or hunting industries is a plusBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), Company matches up to 6%Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentMarolina Outdoor is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.Nothing in this job description alters the at-will nature of employment.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as business needs change.If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application process, please contact HR@marolina.com
