Full Stack Developer

Role SummaryA full-stack Software Developer with expertise in back-end T-SQL development, front-end web technologies, and API integrations is sought to support ongoing development and maintenance of complex systems. This role involves designing, coding, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement software solutions by producing high-quality, efficient code aligned with business requirements. Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions within a high-volume Microsoft SQL Server environment. Contribute to web application design and development using Microsoft web stacks including WebForms, MVC, and WebAPI. Collaborate with project managers and team members to prioritize tasks and deliverables, tracking progress in online ticketing systems such as Jira. Review code to ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and supported styles. Reverse engineer and enhance existing SQL code and data workflows to improve system performance and maintainability. Contribute to the development and deployment of user-facing features with a product-focused mindset. Mentor junior developers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address business problems and propose technical solutions. Stay current with new technologies and methodologies, seeking continuous improvement in development practices. QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience developing and maintaining SQL queries, procedures, and supporting data structures. At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing front-end applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Proven experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio; experience with Azure DevOps Server source control is a plus. Strong knowledge of web application architecture, including client-side scripting and web stacks such as WebForms, MVC, and WebAPI. Ability to research existing code to understand workflows and support business functions. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with build and release pipelines. Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working independently or collaboratively as needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new skills, methods, and technologies.
