This individual will serve as a key operational leader supporting a large-scale, high-output production environment operating 24x6.The ideal candidate will have strong food manufacturing leadership experience, bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, and the ability to lead frontline production teams in a fast-paced environment with a heavy operational floor presence.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily food production operations in a high-volume manufacturing facilityDrive safety, quality, labor efficiency, and production KPI performanceSupervise and develop frontline production leadership and hourly teamsPartner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teamsEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standardsSupport continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiativesQualifications:Food manufacturing leadership experience requiredBilingual Spanish/English requiredExperience leading large production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environmentsStrong operational leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFlexible to support rotating schedules and occasional SaturdaysThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing global manufacturer with strong long-term advancement potential.
