California Licensed Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal - Coverage Team. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze incoming service of subpoenas and third-party requests Organize and maintain litigation case files, and prepare legal documents and exhibits for various proceedings Assist with process improvement initiatives related to subpoena workflows and document management Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Operational knowledge of the legal system and litigation processes Bachelor's degree or paralegal degree/certificate with 2-5 years of experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and case management/e-discovery platforms Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy in tasks Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
