Key Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new suppliers Requesting and comparing quotations Price negotiation and cost reduction initiatives Coordinating sample submission and sample approval processes Supporting supplier qualification and onboarding Working with internal teams such as Buyer, Engineering, Quality, and Planning for supplier evaluation and project support Assisting with sourcing strategies to improve supply stability and cost competitiveness Conducting annual supplier evaluations / scorecards for key vendors Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Preferred Qualifications: Experience sourcing for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or production materials Knowledge of supply chain principles such as lead times, safety stock, and demand planning APICS certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP) Benefit at Delta Electronics Americas: Life at Delta EEO Statement: Delta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
