Junior RecruiterLocation:West Bloomfield, MI (On-site) Company:DACUT Vertically Integrated Cannabis Company About the RoleDACUT is seeking a motivatedJunior Recruiterto support high-volume recruitment across our retail and cultivation locations. This role will assist with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates across multiple retail and cultivation locations Assist withonboarding new hires , including orientation and paperwork Maintain candidate tracking and update HR systems with hiring activity Support hiring managers inhigh-volume recruitmentinitiatives Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience Participate in job fairs, social media recruiting, and other talent sourcing strategies Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed Required Skills & Experience13 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high-volume environments Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for multiple locations simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems Strong interpersonal skills and a candidate-focused approach ?
