Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Your roleAs a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager, you will contribute to the sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division North America (SRDNA), by being the Guardian of our SHEQ policies and principles. You will provide guidance to managers and employees within the organization regarding to the company's Integrated Management System, enabling us to not only be compliant, but also operate with high levels of safety, quality, while making better use of natural resources, and enabling people to flourish in an increasingly complex work environment. You will report to the General Manager of Rental North America.You willCommunicate the SRDNA purpose, vision and stragety to your team, in a clear and inspiring waySupport the achievement of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) related objective in line with agreed targetsCollaborate with the management team to improve the sustainability of our operations, enabling us to achieve company targets for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissionsGuide the organization towards an unconsciously safe cultureCollaborate with Human Resources (HR) to improve employee retention ratesSupport the regions in defining and executing plans to continuously improve safety, environmental compliance and quality levels in their operationsContinuously increase of risk obervations, reduction of accidents and incidentsContinuously drive safety initiatives and activitesContinue in cultural development based on the strategy to empower, energize and engate our Ren-Talents to transform the futureTo succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
