Experience· 6+ years in software engineering, with hands-on experience in Web3 developmentKey Responsibilities· Design, develop, and maintain scalable Web3-enabled applicationsIntegrate blockchain interactions using Web3 librariesBuild robust backend and frontend components using modern tech stacksCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutionsOptimise application performance, security, and scalabilityStay updated with evolving Web3 frameworks and ecosystem trendsMandatory Skills· Strong programming expertise in Java and TypeScriptHands-on experience with Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js)Experience in building distributed or decentralised applicationsSolid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecturesGood to Have· Exposure to blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)Understanding of cryptographic concepts and decentralised identityExperience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
