Quality Assurance Inspector - Aerospace and Electronics Manufacturing

Job Description A growing high-tech aerospace and electronics manufacturer located in Eden Prairie is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to support the inspection and verification of mission-critical electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies used in advanced aerospace and space applications.This is a hands-on quality role working closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams in a highly regulated aerospace environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on electronic assemblies, cable assemblies, and related hardwareVerify products meet customer drawings, specifications, workmanship standards, and internal proceduresConduct AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIs)Support corrective actions and nonconformance investigationsPerform floor audits and assist with internal quality auditsSupport calibration control and receiving inspection activities as neededRead and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing documentationUse precision measuring and inspection equipment to verify complianceWork closely with production personnel to identify and resolve quality issuesMaintain accurate inspection and quality documentationRequired QualificationsExperience in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing quality inspectionHands-on experience with:NASA STD 8739.1NASA STD 8739.4IPC/WHMA-A-620IPC-A-610J-STD-001Experience performing inspections on:PCB assembliesCable/wire harness assembliesElectronic assembliesExperience conducting AS9102 First Article InspectionsKnowledge of AS9100 or aerospace Quality Management SystemsAbility to read engineering drawings and schematicsStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyU.S. Citizenship requiredCompany DescriptionLabor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
