Sales Development Representative (SDR)Executive Mosaic | McLean, VA (Hybrid)Executive Mosaic is a leading GovCon media and events company connecting senior executives across the federal contracting ecosystem through exclusive events, membership programs, and media.We’re looking for a driven SDR to engage decision-makers (VP–C-suite) at federal contracting firms and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.What You’ll DoProspect senior executives at GovCon firms via phone, email, and LinkedInExecute 40–60 outbound touches per day to generate 12–20 qualified meetings per monthQualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account ExecutivesBuild and manage a pipeline in SalesforceAttend select industry events to engage prospects and expand networkWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting or exceeding monthly meeting and pipeline targetsStrong conversion from outreach to qualified opportunitiesHigh-quality engagement with senior-level prospectsWhat You Bring2+ years in SDR or outbound sales (B2B preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable engaging executives and handling objectionsHighly motivated, metrics-driven, and coachableNice to HaveGovCon, events, or media sales experienceFamiliarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting toolsCompensation & GrowthBase + commission (OTE: $75K–$85K)Access to senior GovCon leaders and high-value networks
