Office Administrator
Office Administrator: Responsible for supporting daily branch operations through a wide range of administrative and payroll tasks. This role ensures smooth office functionality and compliance with internal and external requirements while maintaining strong communication across teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, including collecting and submitting employee hours to payroll for weekly processing.Accurately maintain and input data in internal systems such as Salesforce, and other project management platforms as needed.Support invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and lump-sum billing tracking to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to support team efficiency and follow-through.Track packages and ensure the secure, timely distribution of materials, including employee paychecks.General administrative duties required by the region.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction or industrial services industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with invoicing or financial processes is a plus.
