Executive Director

SUMMARY: Performs assigned duties that protect the safety and dignity of residents. Work together with all staff to ensure that the resident care goals are being met and that all building goals are being met. The director must be able to always ensure proper management of the facility, including staff, independent 3rd parties, deliveries, repairs, inspections and any other items which can affect the safety and wellbeing of the residents. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform position specific job duties at an acceptable level. Job responsibilities are completed by following established guidelines and protocols within the appropriate time frame. An individual will also demonstrate good skills in all forms of communication.
