📍 In-Person | NYC-Based | October 1, 2025 Start About the RoleRe-ply is looking for a confident, personable, and design-minded Sales Manager to lead our seasonal sales cycle from October 2025 through March 2026.This is a unique opportunity at the intersection of hospitality and design: you’ll partner with NYC restaurant owners and managers to bring their outdoor dining vision to life. You’ll guide clients from the very first conversation through to a successful close, making the process clear, personable, and stress-free — and ensuring each restaurant ends up with a structure they love, delivered on time and on budget.You’ll collaborate closely with our co-founders, operations, and design teams, and lead a small team of Sales Associates. What You’ll DoManage inbound leads and client outreachHost consults and site visits with restaurant owners/managersPrepare proposals, follow up on quotes, and close contractsKeep our CRM (Monday.com) updated and accurateCoordinate install schedules with operations and design teamsLead 1–2 Sales Associates to meet sales targetsRepresent Re-ply with professionalism and charm in all client meetingsAbout You3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or client-facing rolesBonus points if you’ve worked in or with NYC restaurants, design firms, or event installationsClear communicator, quick problem solver, and confident self-starterComfortable balancing short timelines and design-driven productsEnergized by building relationships and closing dealsCompensation$6,000/month Bonus potential tied to sales volume and client satisfaction
