Programs Assistant
About the RoleTACA is seeking an organized, outgoing, and tech-savvy Programs Assistant to support the management, growth, and marketing of Culturalyst, an arts technology platform designed to increase connectivity in the Dallas arts ecosystem and promote local arts and culture events. This position combines day-to-day platform management, user engagement, and marketing with supporting TACA’s professional development and grantmaking work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys engaging with artists and the general public, and is excited about supporting the arts through a variety of tools and paths. This role is well-suited to artists with familiarity with the Dallas arts ecosystem. To thrive in this role, the Programs Assistant is organized, adaptable, reliable, curious, collaborative, and service-oriented, while also being comfortable working independently.
