Senior Revenue Cycle Project Manager (Epic PMO) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT and operational initiatives within a large healthcare organization. This role will oversee enterprise-level projects focused on Revenue Cycle operations, Epic implementations, system optimization, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare project management experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale initiatives in hospital environments. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Leadership Lead complex Revenue Cycle and healthcare IT projects from initiation through completion. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and governance documentation. Manage project scope, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, financial, technical, and executive stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Revenue Cycle & Epic Initiatives Support Revenue Cycle transformation, optimization, implementation, and integration projects. Collaborate with operational and technical teams to improve workflows and business processes. Manage Epic Revenue Cycle project activities including implementation, testing, training, go-live, and post-live support. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and executive reporting. Governance & Reporting Prepare executive-level project status reports and presentations. Monitor project performance, milestones, KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization. Identify, track, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues. Team Leadership Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and junior project managers. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams. Support PMO governance standards, methodologies, and best practices. Mentor and coach project management staff as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. 8+ years of Healthcare IT Project Management experience. 7+ years managing projects within hospital or healthcare delivery environments. Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives. Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification. Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, or system integrations. Knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and applications.
