The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, grooming, and light housekeeping. Additional responsibilities include providing companionship, monitoring the individual’s health and well-being, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. The Caregiver will also communicate effectively with family members and the care team to provide the best quality of care. Qualifications Experience with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, and dressingSkills in meal preparation and light housekeepingStrong verbal communication and ability to build meaningful relationshipsCompassion, patience, and a genuine desire to assist othersAbility to monitor and document an individual's health status effectivelyFirst aid and CPR certification is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plusFlexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
