Field Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Ground Up Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction site operations, a keen eye for detail, and excellent leadership qualities. Duties - Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure compliance with project specifications - Oversee construction site operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment - Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays - Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship Skills - Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols - Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: Broomfield, CO (Required) Work Location: In person
