Bilingual Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Specialist to manage first-level incoming requests from Merchants and Integrated Software Vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex inbound and outbound requests, providing solutions for technical support inquiries
Document all client service inquiries and issues for tracking purposes
Communicate operational concerns to clients and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
College experience preferred
4+ years of customer service-related experience
2+ years of call center service-related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
