Marketing Campaign ManagerLocation: Kansas City, MO / KS (Hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days remote)Compensation: Up to $110,000 + benefitsWe’re partnered with a high-growth AI-enabled legal software company who are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a small but close-knit and ambitious Kansas City team. The business currently focuses on litigation technology, with an exciting extension into broader legal areas, and this role has been created as a net new hire to support growth.The RoleThis is a hands-on marketing role for someone who can own integrated campaigns across the full mix of demand generation activity. You’ll be working closely with marketing, sales, product, client success and operations to drive lead volume, increase sales qualified opportunities and support pipeline conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow new lead and sales qualified opportunity volume through the execution of an integrated marketing plan for the North America business.Organize and lead outbound marketing activity that drives performance and meets goals.Lead ABM execution to ensure coverage across target accounts, aligned with sales.Plan and deliver campaigns across trade shows, roundtables, webinars, email, social, conferences, digital ads and content.Manage trade show execution, including booth management and client interactions.Host webinars and support wider event planning and execution.Deploy marketing strategy to accelerate in-pipeline opportunities through to customer conversion.Track and report on marketing performance regularly, using Salesforce to assess campaign success.Collaborate with content and design teams to develop relevant campaign content.Work closely with internal stakeholders to support program activation and campaign delivery.Candidate ProfileStrong experience in marketing campaign management or client acquisition programmes in SaaS.Strong background in planning and executing marketing campaigns.Confident project manager who can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.CRM experience, ideally Salesforce and HubSpot, though other CRM experience is fine.Experience with project management tools, ideally Teamwork.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally Demandbase.SaaS experience, either B2B or B2C.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and comfortable contributing in executive meetings.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.Why This Opportunity Stands OutStrong technology stack and healthy marketing budget.12-person Kansas City office with a startup feel, with stable growth.Clear focus on training, development and mentorship.Please apply directly here ASAP if you're interested, as they're actively interviewing!
