Sitting within the Strategy, Innovation & Execution function, this role offers the opportunity to work at the center of the firm's growth agenda, helping shape and deliver new solutions for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end‐to‐end launch of new products, from concept approval through first subscription.Assist with planning, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring launch goals are met.Review and provide input on legal, marketing, and product documentation.Gather and evaluate feedback from stakeholders across the firm to inform decisions on product structure and operations.Partner with operational, investment, and distribution teams to ensure readiness for new product launches.Contribute to the firm's product strategy, pipeline development, and research into emerging opportunities.Maintain tools, templates, and resources that support product development processes.What We're Looking For3–6 years of experience in private markets or asset management, with exposure to product development, structuring, or launch .Strong understanding of alternative investment fund mechanics and investor access structures.Track record of executing complex, cross‐functional projects.Familiarity with the private equity/private markets landscape.Strong commercial acumen and ability to simplify complex concepts.Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
