A growing defense technology company is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, mission-critical programs from start to finish. This is a high-ownership role with full accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance, and direct interface with government customers and prime contractors.If you are a program manager who wants real authority over the programs you run, not just oversight, this is a role worth a conversation.What you'll doLead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and procurementOwn the full program budget, including planning, cost analysis, tracking, and cost-reductionDefine scope, milestones, and performance metrics with customers and partnersManage subcontractor and vendor performanceServe as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and partnersIdentify and mitigate program risk and develop contingency plansWhat you'll need5+ years managing DoD contracts and programsActive PMP certificationWorking knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processesProven experience leading Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across multiple functionsU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearanceOur hiring processWe respect your time and run a fast, transparent process.
