Manufacturing InternAs a Manufacturing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working directly in our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. You'll assist in production processes, assembly, and quality checks, helping to ensure efficient and accurate operations. The internship offers exposure to equipment operation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional teamwork with departments such as Quality, Production Planning, and Engineering.Throughout the internship, you will learn about manufacturing processes, gain experience with operational systems, and contribute to projects that improve production efficiency and quality. You will develop practical skills in problem-solving, process monitoring, and teamwork, while making meaningful contributions to the day-to-day operations of the facility.What You'll Need:Currently entering Sophomore year or higher in a related programBasic computer literacyStrong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructionsAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to PPE guidelinesStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesCompensation:$21$23 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational backgroundWork Hours/Length of Program:The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to AugustTemporary Part/Full Time, targeting 40 hours per weekExact start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules and the needs of the businessThis is a paid internshipWorking Conditions and Physical Demands:This position is based in our manufacturing facility and involves working in a manufacturing environment/general exposure to a manufacturing environment. The environment may involve exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, or other factors.
