Mohave, AZ office. Certerra offers on-going training and the ability to gain valuable career experience and technical certificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience performing construction testing and inspection of soil, concrete, masonry, structural steel and/or spray-applied fireproofing. Essential FunctionsOn site observations/inspections to confirm compliance with local building codes and project contract documentsCollecting samplesPerforming specific QA/QC tests on construction materials and building components per ASTM, ACI, etc. standardsCompiling detailed records of observations, inspections, and test resultsWork is generally performed unsupervised (i.e., employee is in the field as the Company's representative) but under the direction of a Professional Engineer or Project Manager.Desired Qualifications, Experience, and Education:• ICC certifications in at least one of the following areas – Soils, Structural Concrete, Post-Tension/ Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Fireproofing• ACI Field Grade 1/ NAQTC• 2+ years' experience performing multi-discipline special inspections & tests• The ability to read and comprehend plans & specifications• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)• Valid State driver's license with clean driving recordWe offer an excellent benefits package for full-time employees which includes medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid-time off, 401k, and more.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
