The HRBP provides consultative HR support to leaders and employees, focusing on talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and change management while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipPartner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategiesProvide workforce insights, coaching, and recommendations to improve performance and engagementParticipate in business planning discussions as a people strategy advisorEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including coaching leaders, conducting investigations, and resolving issuesSupport performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and performance improvement plansEnsure consistent and fair application of policies and practicesTalent Management & DevelopmentPartner with leaders on talent planning, succession planning, and development strategiesSupport onboarding, employee development, and retention initiativesIdentify performance and capability gaps and recommend targeted solutionsChange Management & Organizational EffectivenessSupport organizational change initiatives such as restructures, growth, or process improvementFacilitate effective communication during times of changePromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsPartner with leaders on ADA, FMLA, and other leave‑related mattersMaintain accurate documentation and support audits and reporting as neededCulture, Engagement & InclusionChampion company values and employee engagement initiativesSupport diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within assigned business unitsAct as a trusted, approachable resource for employees and managersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or generalist roleStrong working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practicesProven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leadersPreferred QualificationsProfessional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP)Experience supporting leaders in a fast‑paced or operational environmentHRIS and data‑driven decision‑making experience
