Health Office Paraprofessional - Multi Building

The Health Office Paraprofessional supports the daily operations of the school health office and helps ensure the well-being, safety, and care of students. Under the direction of the LPN/LSN, this position assists with assessing student health needs, documenting visits, communicating with families, and providing general health services. The role also supports building-wide health and wellness efforts, assists with routine office tasks, and helps maintain accurate health records.High School Diploma or GEDExcellent communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to follow the School Nurse's plan and direction and then communicate effectively with students and staffExperience of up to one year in a job-related field (i.e. nurse, CAN, PCA, CMA, etc.)All job offers from Willmar Public Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check.
