Applicants for the Vice Dean of UME and Vice CAO position at the company should be accomplished academic leaders with a strong background in medical education. The ideal candidate will hold an MD and be eligible for a faculty appointment at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor, with a proven track record in curriculum design, LCME accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement within an MD program. Experience in leading complex academic operations, especially across multiple campuses or distributed learning environments, is essential.
