We're partnering with a growing marketing agency in the Cleveland Area that has doubled in size in the past year that is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer who is strong in front-end development and Wordpress. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding web solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities: Develop responsive, custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratchCustomize existing WordPress themes to meet client specificationsImplement modern front-end technologies to create engaging user experiencesOptimize website performance, security, and SEO implementationTroubleshoot and debug websites across multiple browsers and devicesCollaborate with designers to transform mockups into functional websitesMaintain existing client websites and implement updates/improvementsEnsure websites meet current web standards and best practicesParticipate in client meetings to provide technical consultationRequired Technical Skills:3+ years experience with WordPress developmentStrong proficiency in:PHPHTML5CSS3/SASSJavaScript/jQueryMySQLWordPress theme developmentWordPress plugin developmentGit version controlExperience with:Custom post types and custom fieldsWordPress REST APIModern WordPress page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)Responsive design principlesCross-browser compatibilityWebsite security best practices
