Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a prominent private real estate development firm is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead all accounting functions across corporate and construction operations. This hands-on role reports to executive leadership and plays a key part in financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic oversight.Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting functions: GL, AP/AR, job cost, and reportingManage construction accounting: job costing, draws, and WIPLead month-end close and prepare GAAP financialsCoordinate audits and ensure complianceMentor and lead a small accounting teamCollaborate across development, construction, and executive teamsQualifications:12+ years in accounting; CPA preferredDeep experience in construction and corporate accountingStrong GAAP knowledge and leadership skillsProficiency in construction/real estate accounting systems
