Your Role
As a Millwright Mechanic, you will:
Install, assemble, and maintain industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
Align and set equipment using precision tools
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect, diagnose, and correct mechanical issues
Work safely and efficiently in field and shop environments
Leadership Responsibilities (Foreman / Upper-Level Tradesmen)
Lead and coordinate crews on job sites
Plan work, maintain efficiency, and ensure quality execution
Train and mentor team members
Communicate clearly with team, customers, and leadership
Take ownership of results and job performance

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Apprenticeship or equivalent millwright/mechanical experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with precision alignment and measurement tools
Physically capable of industrial work environments
