Business Change Director – SIU Fraud and AbuseHybrid 2: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and product/digital teams to gather and document requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.Maintain open communication between IT teams and business units, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and challenges are communicated effectively to stakeholders.Facilitate solution development by translating business needs into technical specifications and advocating for process improvements through technology.Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope data, and lead efforts to identify best practices and integrate functions and processes effectively.Conduct cost/benefit analyses, design processes and systems that support business needs, and build support for business change throughout the business unit.Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to initiatives and lead project prioritization and scheduling activities.Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess progress and effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to align with strategic goals.Minimum RequirementsRequires a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and ExperienceExperience and knowledge of financial planning models and methodology data analytics, project management, project execution, process improvement and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.Experience and knowledge in understanding Six Sigma methodologies, particularly in process improvement, problem-solving, and statistical analysis (e.g., DMAIC perspective); a Six Sigma Black Belt is highly preferred.Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability are highly preferred.Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive-level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making.Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties.Proficiency of Microsoft Office products: Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word are strongly preferred.SQL & Tableau knowledge preferred.Master's degree preferred.For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $115,360.00 to $207,648.00.Locations: Columbus, OH; Maryland; Massachusetts; New Jersey; & New York.Equal Employment OpportunityElevance Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, citizenship status, color, creed, disability, ethnicity, genetic information, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
