Business Development Manager

CSG Talent is partnering with a mining technology business to appoint a Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role is focused on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, enterprise sales, and market expansion across the mining, resources, and drilling sectors.This is a hands-on commercial role suited to a sales professional experienced in complex or enterprise sales environments within mining or industrial technology.This role can be based either in Salt Lake City or Perth, on-site. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closureIdentify and develop new markets, regions, and strategic accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and strategic customersSupport go-to-market activity for new products and geographic expansionMaintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecastingCollaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teamsExperience & SkillsProven experience in business development or sales within mining, resources, or related industrial sectorsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex or enterprise sales cyclesStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsStrategic, results-driven, and customer-focused mindsetProficient with CRM systems and sales reporting toolsSector Knowledge (Advantageous)Exposure to Orebody Knowledge solutions, including geological modelling and mining value chain platformsUnderstanding of drilling services, exploration, and resource definition environments If you are interested in applying, please reach out to learn more.
