Your expertise will enable you to foresee and address any potential issues, crafting tailored solutions that align with the unique preferences of each owner. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various internal teams such as Scheduling and Flight Operations, as well as external partners including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and foreign authorities, to facilitate efficient logistical arrangements.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of international flight reservations, identifying factors that may impact the owner's service expectations.Proactively suggest strategies to mitigate any potential issues that could disrupt the planned flight schedule.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory agencies across over 150 countries, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, FAA, CDC, and international governing bodies.Identify and implement advanced logistical arrangements as necessary.Assist International Trip Planners as needed to enhance service delivery.Utilize your in-depth understanding of NetJets' sales products to provide international trip estimates in response to owner inquiries.Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on international fees, owner products, and ferry waiver programs.Act as the primary contact for current and prospective owner inquiries, offering informed scenario reviews.Collaborate with all relevant flight center teams, including Dispatch, Scheduling, Owner Services, and external partners to ensure successful operations.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Aviation or BusinessExperience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in international flight operationsCore CompetenciesAdaptability, Collaboration, Curiosity, Service-Oriented, Focus on Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other RequirementsMinimum 3 years of international flight operations experience; solid understanding of international logistics; general knowledge of aviation operations and weather; familiarity with business aircraft capabilities; working knowledge of FAR parts 91, 91K, and 135; knowledge of international airspace regulations; excellent problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills; ability to embrace diversity and work flexible hours in a 24/7 operational environment.How NetJets Supports YouNetJets is committed to offering a wide range of attractive benefits to support our employees' well-being, including no-cost options for Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, as well as a comprehensive package designed to support your overall health and lifestyle.
