This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide impactful therapeutic services to adolescents facing complex emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. The role is ideal for a licensed behavioral health professional who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescent residentsDevelop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aligned with best clinical practicesCollaborate with families, school systems, and referring providers to ensure continuity of careMaintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the EMR systemParticipate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and clinical consultationsProvide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral support within the residential settingStay informed on emerging trends and best practices in adolescent mental healthPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health fieldActive Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LCSW) or eligibility for licensure within 90 daysMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adolescentsStrong knowledge of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and behavioral health diagnosesSpecialized training in trauma-informed care, DBT, or systemic family therapy preferredIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
