As a Staff Project Designer, you will lead the development of highly detailed, parametric Revit models that directly impact surgical workflow, patient safety, and construction outcomes.This is not a drafting role — it's a technical design position requiring deep Revit expertise, systems thinking, and strong cross-functional communication.Remote (U.S.) — Central Time Zone PreferredWhat You Will DoDevelop complex operating room and critical care layouts using advanced Revit modeling techniquesCreate and maintain parametric, formula-driven Revit families, including nested components and configurable equipment systemsMaintain and enhance Revit templates, standards, shared parameters, and documentation workflowsProduce high-quality drawing packages and presentation-ready visualizationsCollaborate closely with Sales, Project Engineering, and Architects to refine layouts and resolve constraintsProvide technical guidance and best practices to other designersContribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and scalabilityEnsure accuracy, constructability, and compliance in all design deliverablesWhat You Will Need Required QualificationsMinimum high school diploma with six years of relevant CAD experience, or associate degree with four years, or bachelor's degree.4+ years of professional experience using Revit in a production environmentDemonstrated experience building and modifying complex Revit familiesStrong understanding of parametric modeling principlesAbility to interpret architectural and engineering drawingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience collaborating in remote or cross-functional environmentsPreferred QualificationsHealthcare or commercial construction experienceExperience developing Revit standards, templates, or content librariesFamiliarity with BIM coordination workflowsExperience with visualization workflowsExperience with SolidWorks or other parametric modeling toolsPosted Date: 04/28/2026 This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.United States of America Pay Ranges:USN : $77,700 - $129,500 USD AnnualUS5 : $81,600 - $136,000 USD AnnualUS10 : $85,500 - $142,500 USD AnnualUS15 : $89,400 - $148,900 USD AnnualUS20 : $93,200 - $155,400 USD AnnualUS30 : $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual#J-18808-Ljbffr
