Job Profile Summary: The Talent Brand and Marketing Specialist supports the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) mission, vision and values by championing thebrand identity in content creation and distribution through: careers website, company social media platforms, candidate relationshipmanagement platforms, community and student communications, recruitment marketing campaigns and communications, trade show andhiring event communications. Performs other projects as assigned.Job Description: Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to workin a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic designsoftware/tools. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices. Required Work Experience:Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design or brand management, preferably with a focus on recruitmentadvertising or corporate branding.
