The role includes evaluating and diagnosing communication and swallowing disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help patients achieve their goals. The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to fostering a positive and supportive environment for patients.QualificationsExpertise in Speech Therapy and Speech-related interventionsExperience in assessing and managing DysphagiaProficiency in diagnosing and treating Communication DisordersSkills in addressing and rehabilitating Language DisordersExceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and team membersMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate licensure for practice in OhioCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferredExperience in a skilled nursing or senior care setting is a plus
