This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee outpatient operations within a well-established, hospital-based OB/GYN group committed to providing exceptional patient care and supporting physician growth. Job Description: Compensation : $340000 - $380000 Job ID : 41814 Job Function: Lead a team of certified nurse-midwives in a collaborative OB/GYN-midwifery care model. Practice in a newly renovated Labor & Delivery unit with a holistic, Planetree-certified approach. Help launch and shape a new maternity clinic. Deliver lower C-section rates, higher VBAC success, and reduced preterm births. 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient; includes laborist shifts 1-2 a month (12 hr shifts) , outpatient days, admin time, and OB/GYN hospital NO CALL - no nights and no weekends Teach OB/GYN residents. Job Requirements: Must be BC in OBGYN.
