You will join a high‑autonomy product and engineering environment building AI‑powered tools that help legal teams work faster, more accurately and with more confidence.ResponsibilitiesAssist in technical planning and estimation of development tasksMaintain current knowledge of AI capabilities and available toolingContribute to product design discussion as the AI expert on a product teamUtilize AI for rapid prototypingWork directly with external clients throughout projectsBuild out the custom products and be able to translate wireframes and design into world class web applicationsConduct peer code reviewsPlan and implement automated software testingPropose and implement software deployment pipelineWork with a variety of languages/frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React (JSX), Redux, SQLMaintain legacy projects as neededEssential Criteria7+ years of software development experienceDemonstrated experience building client facing web productsExperience building and interacting with APIsHigh competency utilizing AI to accelerate workflowsExperience working on a team using Agile methodologiesDesirable CriteriaExperience with Figma and the Figma MCPExperience with Azure services, especially Blob Storage, Key Vault, managed PostgreSQL, managed Redis and containerized application hostingExperience with enterprise authentication, especially Azure MSAL, OAuth/OIDC, token refresh, redirects and test‑time auth bypassesExperience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, document chunking, retrieval evaluation or LLM orchestrationExperience with Vite, code splitting, bundle monitoring, lazy loading and performance optimizationFamiliarity with secure software delivery in ISO‑compliant or enterprise client environmentAdditional InformationAs a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
